Self Service Laundry:
What is OZONE?
Ozone or "Active Oxygen" known as 03 is natures way of purification. It is created during lighting storms and is responsible for the clean, fresh air smell you notice afterwards.
We use ArtiClean to recreate the lightning storm and injecting the 03 molecules into the water that stores huge amounts of benefits for your laundry and the environment.
Ozone Sanitizes - 99.9999% of all bacteria and virus are killed when in contact with ozone. This means every machine is sanitized every use, never worry about what was in the wash before!
Ozone Deodorizes - Because Ozone sanitizes it kills all bacteria that causes foul and musty smells. This means your never washed dog bed will smell better than new!
Ozone Whitens - The 03 molecule we create is what OxiClean does in a chemical form. No more worries about adding oxiclean to your wash, it is already there!
Ozone Softens - During your wash the ozone will open fabrics, removing more dirt and grime and creates a noticeable difference is the softness of the fabrics.
Enviroment - Ozone allows you to use less soap and softener creating less plastic waste and runoff. No need for harsh chemicals on your fabrics also increases their lifespan.
Skeptical about OZONE? Ozone is Center of Disease Control (CDC) approved for cleaning of hospital linens. Ozone is used in Las Vegas to purify drinking water instead of chlorine. Ozone has also been around for 30 years in the commercial sector, now its available at Lena's Laundry!
What hours are you open?
We are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Our last wash is at 7:30 p.m.
What is the largest machine you have?
We have an 80 pound washing machine which is the equivalent of 8 top loaders.
Do you sell soap?
We sell soap over the counter.
Are you attended?
We are fully attended 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm!!
Do you have any large size dryers?
We have 6 dryers that are for 75 pound loads. They are more than twice the size of a normal laundromat dryer.
Do your washing machines do a heavy wash?
Yes, our washing machines do a heavy wash for an additional quarter.
Commercial Laundry:
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract is necessary. Call us to talk about your needs and we'll add you to our delivery schedule.
Can I be billed monthly?
Yes, we can bill every time we deliver, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
What is the price on commercial orders?
The price is determined by the amount of laundry, how often you need pickups, and how easy it is to fold. Contact us and we will give you a bid.
Wash & Fold:
What detergent do you use?
We use Gain, Tide or All Free & Clear. Always name brand detergents that you can trust boosted with OZONE!
Are there any discounts?
Although our prices are very fair, we do give a first-time discount. We always give the military a 10% discount and we thank them for their service to our country.
What is the minimum order?
$10 is the minimum order.
Pickup & Delivery:
What are your pickup/delivery days?
We offer pickup/delivery Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to noon.
What if I can't be home during the delivery times?
When you schedule your pickup/delivery, tell us where you'd like us to pickup or leave your clothes. Sometimes people want their clothing left on the porch, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager.
You will receive text message notifications when we are heading your way, when we have picked up and when we delivered.
What is the turnaround time?
You will receive your clothing back the next day, except Wednesday pickups, will receive their clothing back on Monday.
